Prices:
Buyer will be charged at the prices in effect at the time of order. Sales taxes, are in addition to prices shown.
Minimum Order Charge of $50.00:
Orders totaling less than $50.00 will include an additional charge for products such that the total for products will equal $50.00.

Return Policy:
A Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number is required and can be obtained by contacting Sterling North America. Product must be in the original cartons. Returns must be within 30 days of original purchase. Customer pays for all return freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee will be waived when returned product is due to freight damage.
Shortages and Damaged Goods:
If an order arrives incomplete, a notation must be made on the delivery receipt. Also, check cartons carefully for damage. Note any damages on the delivery receipt, and/or take pictures via cell phone and forward to Sterling North America. Sterling North America is not responsible for product that has been reshipped from the original destination.
Warranty:
HEPAPro products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for one (1) year from date ofinvoice. Items excluded from warranty coverage include power cords, vacuum and drain hoses, squeegee blades and filters.
